How it works?
. It splits one single phone line into several internal lines which are identified through 3 or 4 digit number extensions.
. It switches calls to appropriate extensions.
. It maintains a server which has information of clients registered by SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
. Whole communication is done with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) which uses internet for data transmission instead of telephony system.
. Automatically direct users to most appropriate line through saved voice menus like... Press 1 for Data Services, Press 2 for Call Rates.
